NMM Problems after win 10 update. I am using Nexux MM and it freezes when it is trying to create nmm folder files. It is boiled down to Net 4.5.2 is not complete but when I uninstall it and install it a it reports it as being already installed. It's just that sometimes it completely denies me from downloading several mods from the site (Project Nevada for example for FO:NV, I just had to install it manually as NMM was always unable to download file).
